Tip Tuesday #29: We’re Updating our Status
We’ve recently add a new feature designed to help you check the status of TouchMD. If you’re experiencing issues, pull up this page to see what’s going on.
- Green message indicates everything is working.
- Yellow indicated one or more applications are not available or are experiencing issues.
- Red indicates there is scheduled maintenance occurring on the TMD system or there is a system outage.
Checking application status is simple. Go to help.touchmd.com and click “System Status” at the top of the page. Either a green, yellow, or red banner will pop up, showing you the current status of TouchMD.
