Do you ever need to jot down a quick note about a patient consult or visit? TouchMD has a solution, use Notes via the TouchMD Consult app. This lesson teaches you how to create and review a note in a patient’s account. Note, however, notes may be only be deleted via the TouchMD Dashboard.
