Adding a Video

You have worked hard creating custom videos and now you want to display them. TouchMD is a great vehicle to share those videos. This lesson will teach you how to utilize multiple TouchMD content layouts to add your custom videos. Follow all of the instructions and have a blast! Once you’re done reviewing the information, be sure to move onto the next lesson or knowledge check so you don’t miss a thing!

Videos may be added to TouchMD through multiple Section Layouts.

Adding a Video File:

  1. Log onto TouchMD Dashboardnewloginpage
  2. Select “Content”content
  3. Select the desired Binder and the desired Sheet
  4. Select “Add New Section”newsection
  5. Select the desired Section Layout (Article, Block, Detailed Block, Detailed Thumbnail, Poster (Landscape & Portrait))layouts
  6. Select “video” or “web video”as the content type and enter in the required information for the Section and select “Save”

To add an actual video file, be sure to select “Video” for the content Type. Videos need to be in an MP4 format and an HD resolution for best results.

To add a video from YouTube, Vimeo, or another web video source, be sure to select “Web Video” for the content Type.
