If you do not have the TouchMD Consult app on your desired Playlist device (Apple iPad and/or Windows Touchscreen), use this page to learn how to install the Consult app. If, however, you already have the Consult app on your desired Apple iPad and/or Window Touchscreen device, please skip this step and proceed to “Activating Playlist – Consult App”
Apple iPad:
Learn how to install the TouchMD Consult app onto your Apple iPad to utilize for TouchMD Playlist. TouchMD Playlist is a built-in feature of the Consult app.
Be sure to follow ALL the steps listed including installing the app and syncing the content. The app will NOT be setup properly until both steps are completed.
For new iPads only: Follow the instructions included with the iPad to set-up and charge your new iPad.
Please ensure that your iPad is running the latest iOS.

Installing:
Select “App Store”, search for the TouchMD Consult application, and select “Install”
Windows Touchscreens:
Learn how to install the TouchMD Consult application on your windows based device to utilize for TouchMD Playlist. TouchMD Playlist is a built-in feature of the Consult app.

Installing
Select Windows Store and search for TouchMD Consult
Select “Install” *This may take a few minutes. Once program has been installed, the computer will indicate it has been completed
Syncing
Select the “TouchMD Consult” app
Enter TouchMD user credentials, select “Login”

Content sync will begin and the app will reload upon completion
