Tip Tuesday #8: You Need To Know The Process

Tip of the week: This week’s tip goes “hand-in-hand” with the past two tips. Not only should staff members be educated about the benefits of TouchMD, but they also need to know the process intimately. Have your staff members add themselves as patients and learn how to navigate the myTouchMD app. They will be better prepared to answer questions from patients.
