Tip Tuesday #9: A TouchMD Champion… The Hero You Need!

Tip of the week: Within your practice, designate a “TouchMD Champion” or an individual who will be in charge of learning TouchMD inside and out. You, of course, get unlimited online training through your account manager, but having one staff member that can help train new staff members in person will be incredibly valuable.

Your TouchMD Champion can be made the main point of contact for your office. They will receive news and information about updates and upgrades and can educate your staff to implement the changes for you.
