Adding A Poster (Landscape or Portrait)

 

Learn how to use and create a Poster (Landscape or Portrait) Section Layout

Poster (Landscape or Portrait) Information:

Use:

To highlight a specific topic anywhere on your presentation sheets, but displays a larger landscape/portrait image or video poster image, with a title and description. This layout is good way to call attention to topic with a bigger visual impact, especially when using a video.

Suggested uses of this layout may include:

  • A medical practice introduction or philosophy video
  • A procedure, condition, or product video
  • A YouTube video
  • A single landscape illustration or case study
  • A single portrait illustration or case study

For best results, images should be in portrait (3:2 image ratio) or landscape (16:9 image ratio) format to avoid clipping and be at least 640 pixels wide and 960 pixels high at  72 dpi for portrait and 1920 x 1080 at 72 dpi for landscape (only JPEG or PNG formats are allowed).  YouTube or uploaded videos should be a minimum of 720p HD (only MP4 format is allowed).  Images and videos will be automatically resized as needed to best fit the screen size and performance of the TouchMD device.

Creating a Poster (Landscape or Portrait) steps:

  1. On the “Edit Sheet” view, Select “Add New Section”addnewsection
  2. Select “Poster” (Landscape Or Portrait)
  3. Enter a Section title, select content type, select desired content
  4. Enter content title and description, select “Save”poster

Content types include: image, video, web link, web video, and sheet link.
