Unable to Install a Presentation to Consult – Missing Deployer Role

If you encounter difficulties progressing to install your Presentation after signing into the Consult app, it may be due to the absence of the “Deployer” access role. This role is crucial for properly installing a Presentation within the Consult app. To learn how to manage provider and staff access roles, please follow this link. If you are unable to enable this role yourself, a system Admin at your practice can assist you in gaining the necessary access.
