Learn how to record a video via the TouchMD Snap Pro app. Most clients use this to record a before and after video. This could be done by walking around the patient or have the patient make an expression such as furrowing their brows.
Videos recorded in Snap are 10 seconds long, however, multiple videos may be recorded and uploaded into a patient’s account.
If however longer video lengths are desired, the following packages may be purchased by contacting your TouchMD Account Manager directly or emailing [email protected]
Included in contract – 10 second video
Tier 1 (90 second video max) – $49/month
Tier 2 (3 minute video max) – $69/month
Tier 3 (5 minute video max) – $89/month
Tier 4 (excess of 5 minutes) – Custom quote can be obtained by contacting your TouchMD Account Manager
- Open the Snap app
- Enter your TouchMD User credentials and select “Sign In”
- Search for the desired patient
- Select “Session”
- Review Save Options and select “Start”
- Select camera icon (1) and tap “iPad” next to the video recorder icon (2)
- Tap the onscreen shutter button to begin recording. The video will begin processing
