NO LONGER SUPPORTED

TouchMD no longer supports the TouchMD Snap app for the Samsung Galaxy camera. Samsung no longer produces these cameras nor does it update the software available with these cameras. To maintain HIPAA compliance, we recommend switching to TouchMD Snap for Apple iPad/iPhone or using Canon Connect.

Use the following instruction if your Snap app will not connect to the TouchMD servers while using the Samsung Galaxy cameras:

Ensure the date and time are correct.
1. Navigate to the home screen.
2. From the home screen, swipe from the top down.
3. Click the gear icon in the top right hand corner of the screen.
4. Select the ‘More’ tab.
5. Select “Date and time” and to make sure the Time Zone, Date, and time is correct (set the Time Zone first before setting the time).
Ensure the camera is connected to the internet.
1. Check to see if there is a WiFi icon in the top right hand corner of your screen. This icon should have an up arrow that is green and a down arrow that is yellow.
2. Verify you are connected to the internet by going to Apps in the bottom right corner of the home screen, then selecting Google Chrome. Once you have Chrome open, search for dashboard.touchmd.com. If the search works, you have internet connectivity.
If you do not have the WiFi icon, or cannot search using Chrome you will need to try a few more things:
1. Navigate to the home screen.
2. From the home screen, swipe from the top down.
3. Select the WiFi option under the Connections tab.
4. Here you should see your wireless network. Select your desired WiFi network, enter the password, and hit connect.
5. The WiFi connection should appear at the top with the word ‘connected’ right under your wireless network name.
