Learn how to add custom chart templates to the TouchMD Dashboard. These custom charts templates may then be used to create a chart via the Consult app.
What File Type May I Use?
The file to be upload must be a JPG/PNG.
Hiding Sheets/Sections
It may also be advisable to hide either the Sheet or Section that this form/chart is on from the patient’s view via the patient experience. To learn how to do so, please see this link.
