Hiding Sheets and Sections on the TouchMD Dashboard

Learn how to hide Sheets and Sections from the patient’s view through the TouchMD Dashboard.

Hiding Sheets:

  1. Log onto dashboard.touchmd.com and select “Content”
  2. Select the desired Binder i.e., “Injectables and Fillers”
  3. Select the 1) Cog  and select 2) “Is Visible to Patients”
    How is a Hidden Sheet represented?

    This will change the status to “Is Not Visible to Patient” A hidden Sheet is indicated by a dashed-line outlining the Sheet

Sheet From the Library

If a Sheet is from the library, it must be made your own before it may be hidden. 

Hiding Sections:

  1. Log onto dashboard.touchmd.com and select “Content”
  2. Select the desired Binder i.e., “Injectables and Fillers”
  3. Select the desired Sheet i.e., “Botox Cosmetic” 
  4. Select the 1) Cog and select 2) “Is Visible to Patients”

    This will change the status to “Is Not Visible to Patient” A hidden Section is indicated by a dashed-line outlining the Section

Section From the Library

If a Section is from the library, it must be made your own before it may be hidden.
