Our HP computers come with a 3 year warranty through HP Elite Premium Support. If your computer is having hardware issues, then HP Elite Support will be who you would contact. When contacting them, make sure you have the serial number of your computer. This should be located on the back of your computer.
You may be asking, when should I contact them? Well, here are a few examples:
- Upon startup, your computer says ‘CPU fan not detected’
- Multiple horizontal lines appear on your screen all the time
- Your computer will not boot at all, even when trying a different wall outlet.
