Touch Functionality Not Working or Needs Calibration

Follow these steps if the touch functionality is not working, or needs calibration:

  1. Shut down the computer
  2. Clean the screen.  If using older infrared touchscreen models, make sure all dust and debris have been cleaned from edges of the screen
  3. Turn back on the computer.
  4. Calibrate the screen
    1. Search for “calibrate”
    2. Select “Calibrate the screen for pen or touch”
    3. Under Display option, select “Calibrate…”
    4. Follow the on-screen instructions to calibrate the screen
