Instructions
- Open the RealPatientRatings portal and the TouchMD Dashboard Portal in your web browser (Google Chrome recommended).
- In the RealPatientRatings portal…
- Click on the “Marketing Tools” button and find the desired widget/feed. Note: We recommend that a “Responsive” widget be used to look the best in your TouchMD content.
- Select and Copy (Ctrl+C) the desired widget code.
- In the TouchMD Dashboard Portal…
- Select “Content”
- Browse to the desired content sheet
- Select “Add New Section” (Note: If you see “This sheet belongs to a content provider. Click here make it your own” instead, click the link and follow the instructions to make the sheet your own first).
- Choose either the “Narrow” or “Wide” Embedded Web Page Layout
- Enter a section title
- Paste (Ctrl+V) the widget code copied above into the “Embedded HTML or URL…” box
- Select the “Preview” button to verify RealPatientRatings widget.
- Select the “Save” button.
Responsive Widget Option
If the desired RealPatientRatings widget does not have a responsive option, you may try adding width=”100%” to the attributes in the widget’s anchor tag. Goto timecode 09:08 in the above video to see an example.
