- Login to dashboard.touchmd.com
- Select “Settings”
- Select “Staff List”, Select “+”
- Enter staff information, select “OK”
- Determine staff security role(s):

- Patients: Manages patient accounts
- Deploy: Installs TouchMD apps
- Legal: Manage consent templates*
- Marketing: Manage Playlist and/or Blast*
