Instructions

Open the RealPatientRatings portal and the TouchMD Dashboard Portal in your web browser (Google Chrome recommended).
In the RealPatientRatings portal…
1. Click on the “Marketing Tools” button and find the desired widget/feed. Note: We recommend that a “Responsive” widget be used to look the best in your TouchMD content.
2. Select and Copy (Ctrl+C) the desired widget code.
In the TouchMD Dashboard Portal…
1. Select “Content”
2. Browse to the desired content sheet
3. Select “Add New Section” (Note: If you see “This sheet belongs to a content provider. Click here make it your own” instead, click the link and follow the instructions to make the sheet your own first).
4. Choose either the “Narrow” or “Wide” Embedded Web Page Layout
5. Enter a section title
6. Paste (Ctrl+V) the widget code copied above into the “Embedded HTML or URL…” box
7. Select the “Preview” button to verify RealPatientRatings widget.
8. Select the “Save” button.

Responsive Widget Option

If the desired RealPatientRatings widget does not have a responsive option, you may try adding width=”100%” to the attributes in the widget’s anchor tag. Goto timecode 09:08 in the above video to see an example.
