This article discusses how to use Homework to build out pre and post surgery/treatment packets to send out to patients.
It is our recommendation that each pre and post surgery/treatment packets should be separated out into individual packets. For example Breast Augmentation Pre Instructions, Botox Post Treatment Instructions, etc… By doing so, you are able to assign packets on an individual basis.
It is also recommended that your document be loaded as a PDF as they may be viewed/opened on multiple device types.
- Login to dashboard.touchmd.com
- Select “Content”
- Select “Homework” under Additional Options
- Select “Create New Homework”
- Add Homework Sheet title (1), select “Upload New File” or “Choose from library” to place Homework Sheet Cover Image (2) and, select “Save” (3)
NOTEThe “Upload New File” button under the Cover Image is to adjust the lifestyle-type Cover Image. It is NOT your document file. Please continue on to Step 6
- Select “Add New Section”
- Select “Document” from the Section Layouts
- Enter a Section Title (1) and tap “Upload New File” (2)
- Browse your computer for the desired document(s), select “Open”
- Select “Save”
- (OPTIONAL) Edit the name of the document by selecting the “Pencil” button
Homework packets may be assigned to patients via the TouchMD Consult app or the TouchMD Dashboard
