Adding Treatment Forms/Charts for Simplistic Charting

TouchMD offers a simplistic version of charting using an image version of your chart and our built-in drawing tools. If you are looking for a more advance option, check out Chart Pro. 

Here are the steps to get started: 

1. Determine the treatment forms/charts you would like to use in TouchMD
2. Convert treatment forms to a JPG via a photo editing software such as; Photoshop or online options. *Some forms may need to be restructured by your team to make it easier to use on TouchMD. Such as adjusting box sizes, margins, text size, etc…
3. Upload your treatment forms in the desired Binder and Sheet of your Content (A Binder and a Sheet must be created first). We recommend using the Billboard Section Layout. Some practices like Creating a custom Binder and Sheet called “Treatment Forms” to house all of their forms. See the steps below.

Adding a Treatment form/chart to a NEW Binder & Sheet steps:

1. Go to dashboard.touchmd.com
2. Go to the TouchMD Dashboard homepage and select “Content”
3. Select “Add Binder”
4. Add a Binder title (1), select “Upload New File” or “Choose from library” to place a Binder Cover Image (2) and, select “Save” (3)
   NOTE

   The “Upload New File” button under the Cover Image is to adjust the lifestyle-type Cover Image. It is not to add a Section. Please continue on to “Adding a Custom Section”

5. Select “Add New Sheet”
6. Add a Sheet title (1), select “Upload New File” or “Choose from library” to place a Sheet Cover Image (2) and, select “Save” (3)
   NOTE

   The “Upload New File” button under the Cover Image is to adjust the lifestyle-type Cover Image. It is not to add a Section. Please continue on to “Adding a Custom Section”

7. Select “Add New Section”
8. Select Billboard
9. Enter Section Title (1), select “Upload New File” (2) and browse your computer for the desired image and select “Open” (3), and then select “Save” (4)
   What File Type May I Use?

   The file to be uploaded must be a JPG.

   Hiding Sheets/Sections

   It may also be advisable to hide either the Sheet or Section that this form/chart is on from the patient’s view via the patient experience. To learn how to do so, please see this link. 

Adding a Treatment form/chart to a EXISTING Binder & Sheet steps:

1. Log onto dashboard.touchmd.com and select “Content”
   
2. Select the desired Binder i.e., “Injectables and Fillers”
3. Select the desired Sheet i.e., “Botox Cosmetic” 
4. Select “Add New Section”
5. Select “Billboard”
6. Enter Section Title (1), select “Upload New File” (2) and browse your computer for the desired image and select “Open” (3), and then select “Save” (4)
   What File Type May I Use?

   The file to be upload must be a JPG.

   Hiding Sheets/Sections
