Assigning and Signing Consents in the TouchMD Consult Application

How can I use Consents in TouchMD?

Consents must first be active in your TouchMD system before they may be assigned & signed by a patient. Use this link to learn how to review/edit/publish consents.


Learn how to assign consents to the patient in the TouchMD Consult application. Learn also how the patient completes the consent in the office in the TouchMD Consult application.

  1. Begin by accessing a patient account
  2. Select the Patient Tab
  3. Tap “Consents”
  4. Select “+ Assign Consents”
  5. Select the desired consent(s) and tap “Done”
  6. Tap the consent and have the patient review & complete the consent
