Consent Signature Dates

Available Features

Please note, that Consents may not be currently available to your practice. To learn how you may enable Consents, please contact your Account Manager.

Who can edit consent settings?

To edit consent settings, log onto dashboard.touchmd.com, select “Legal”. Note: to add and manage consents to TouchMD, the user will need the “Legal” access role. Select the following link to learn how to manage provider and staff access roles: https://help.touchmd.com/topics/adding-staff-accounts-and-setting-staff-security-roles/

When signing a consent it is possible to have the date and time automatically listed underneath the signature on the completed consent (PDF). You may opt to just have the Reviewer Signature with a date and time, to have just a regular signature with a date and time, to have both signatures with a date and time, or to not have a date and time listed for either type of signature.

To manage what dates and times are listed with the signature(s), see the following instructions.

  1. Go to dashboard.touchmd.com
  2. Enter your TouchMD username and password, select “Sign In”
  3. Select “Legal”
  4. Select “Practice Legal Info” (This is the landing page for Legal)
