If an issues arises with Playlist (will not play, will not refresh, etc…). Please see the following instructions.
- Open the FireTV settings (Gear Icon)
- Select “Applications” from the settings menu
- Select “Manage Installed Applications” from the Applications settings menu
- On the “Manage Installed Applications”, scroll do to and select “TouchMD Playlist”
- From the “TouchMD Playlist” menu, scroll down to and select “Clear Data”, click OK
- From the “TouchMD Playlist” menu, scroll to and select “Clear Cache”
- From the “TouchMD Playlist” menu, scroll back up to and select “Launch Application”
- Staff will need to re-enter their TouchMD login credentials
