TouchMD Playlist – Clearing App Cache

If an issues arises with Playlist (will not play, will not refresh, etc…). Please see the following instructions.

  1. Open the FireTV settings (Gear Icon)
  2. Select “Applications” from the settings menu
  3. Select “Manage Installed Applications” from the Applications settings menu
  4. On the “Manage Installed Applications”, scroll do to and select “TouchMD Playlist”
  5. From the “TouchMD Playlist” menu, scroll down to and select “Clear Data”, click OK
  6. From the “TouchMD Playlist” menu, scroll to and select “Clear Cache”
  7. From the “TouchMD Playlist” menu, scroll back up to and select “Launch Application”
  8. Staff will need to re-enter their TouchMD login credentials
