Troubleshooting: Snap/Snap Pro Image/Video Orientation

This article discusses troubleshooting techniques when images or videos load into a patient account in the incorrect orientation or is not rotated correctly.

1. Ensure that the device is running the latest OS available.

2. Verify that the TouchMD Snap application is running the latest version available.

To learn what the current version of the Snap application is, select the following link: https://help.touchmd.com/topics/tmd-app-versions/

3. Confirm that the device’s orientation lock is NOT enabled. See the image below to see an example of a device with it’s orientation lock enabled.
