Uninstalling & Reinstalling the Consult App

At times it may be necessary to uninstall and reinstall the Consult app from your device. If needed or directed, please see the following steps:

Windows 10 Computers/Touchscreens:

Uninstalling:

  1. Search for “TouchMD Consult” in the Windows Search Bar
  2. Select “Uninstall” under the TouchMD Consult app
  3. Verify the uninstalling of the TouchMD Consult app by selecting “Uninstall” 

Reinstalling:

  1. Open the Microsoft Store
  2. Search for “TouchMD Consult”
  3. Select “Get” and allow the app to download
  4. Select “Launch” to open the TouchMD Consult app
  5. Enter your TouchMD username and password
  6.  Select “+” on your practice and allow for it to process.
  7. Once processed tap “Done”

Apple iPad:

Uninstalling:

  1. Hold and press on the “TouchMD Consult” app and tap “Delete App”
  2. Verify the uninstalling of the TouchMD Consult app by selecting “Delete”

Installing:

  1. Open the Apple App Store
  2. Search for “TouchMD Consult” (select TouchMD Consult – for staff)
  3. Select “Get” and allow the app to download
  4. Select “Open” to open the TouchMD Consult app
  5. Enter your TouchMD username and password
  6. Select “+” on your practice and allow for it to process.
  7. Once processed tap “Done”
