Adding & Managing Notes via the TouchMD Dashboard

Learn how to add notes to a patient account via the TouchMD Dashboard.

Who can see notes?

Notes are meant for internal use ONLY and are not designed to be seen by the patient. 

Add a Note:

  1. Go to dashboard.touchmd.com
  2. Select “Patients”
  3. Search for the desired patient
  4. Select “Notes”
  5. Select “+”
  6. Type in the desired note, and select the ✅

Delete a Note:

  1. Go to dashboard.touchmd.com
  2. Select “Patients”
  3. Search for the desired patient
  4. Select “Notes”
  5. Navigate to the desired Note and select “Delete”

Editing a Note

Editing a note is currently not allowed. It is recommended to ad an additional note as an addendum to the account.
