Manually Sending Completed Consents from TouchMD to Connections

Learn how to send completed consents from a patient account to a connection such as; PatientNOW, NexTech, Local Backup, or other third-party connections (integrations).

Please contact your TouchMD Account Manager for information on which third-party connections may integrate with TouchMD. A connection must be available to utilize this feature. 

My Patient's Images Are Not Sending, What Should I Do?

If a patient’s images are not sending to your EMR, sometimes a patient has been created twice with the same information in an EMR. This can cause two links to appear under ‘integration links’. You may remedy this by going to TouchMD Dashboard. To learn how to remove double integration links, select here.

  1. Go to dashboard.touchmd.com
  2. Select “Patients”
  3. Search for the desired patient
  4. Select “Consents”
  5. Select “Send to EMR” on each desired consent
