Checking for myTouchMD App Logins

Do you want to know how many patients logged into the myTouchMD patient app in the last 30 days? Use this article to learn how.

1. Go to dashboard.touchmd.com and select “Patients” 
2. Select “Recent Activity”
3. Select “Logins”
4. Select the Filter button and ensure that only the “MyTouchMD iOS” and “MyTouchMD Andriod” checkboxes are selected
   Downloading a List

   Select the Download button to download a list of patients who have installed the myTouchMD app. Repeat as desired. Note that this area will only show the last 30 days.
