Option 1: Enabling from “Import Binder”
- Go to dashboard.touchmd.com
- Go to the TouchMD Dashboard homepage and select “Content”
- Select “Import Binder”
- Review the service and products listed, select the desired Sheet(s), and choose “Use Selected”.
First Time EnablingIf this is your first time enabling content, it is recommend that you review the entire list and select the desired Sheets BEFORE selecting “Use Selected”
What will be enabled?Once the content has been enabled the Binder, Sheet(s), Section(s) within will be enabled.
Option 2: Creating Binders & Importing Sheets
A Binder is a main category that hold Sheets. For example you could have a Binder called “Injectables”.
It is like creating a book and a Binder is the book cover. To make a Binder complete, it must have Sheets and Sections.
A Sheet is a page of information about a certain surgery/service. For example you could have a Sheet called “Botox”.
It is like creating a book and a Sheet is a page in the book. To make a Sheet complete, it must have Sections.
- Go to dashboard.touchmd.com
- Go to the TouchMD Dashboard homepage and select “Content”
- Select “Add Binder”
- Add a Binder title (1), select “Upload New File” or “Choose from library” to place a Binder Cover Image (2) and, select “Save” (3)
NOTEThe “Upload New File” button under the Cover Image is to adjust the lifestyle-type Cover Image. It is not to add a Sheet. Please continue on to step 5 to learn how to import a Sheet.
- Select “Import Existing Sheets”
- Select the desired Sheet(s) and select “Import”
