TouchMD Blast – Managing & Viewing Collection

How do I get Blast?

Blast is a subscription-based TouchMD addon product and may not be currently available to your practice. To learn more about Blast or sign up for Blast, select here or speak to your Account Manager.

Who can manage?

To manage Blast, log onto the TouchMD Dashbard App and select “Blast”. Note: to manage Blast, the user will need the “Marketing” access role. Learn what may be managed in the Collection section of Blast. Collection is an area that showcases the Blasts you have created and sent in the past. In this area, you are able to view the details of a Blast, the analytics associated with a specific Blast and/or Duplicate a Blast to use it again in the future.

  1. Select and log into the Dashboard app
  2. Select “Blast”
  3. Select “Collection”

Here you may:

    • View details of a Blast
    • View analytics of a Blast
    • Duplicate a Blast

Why would I duplicate a Blast?

In the Collection area of Blast, you are able to duplicate a previously sent Blast. This is helpful especially if you plan on running the same promotion/event/announcement at another time. No need to “reinvent the wheel” when you can duplicate a Blast.
