Group Tip

For best possible reach results, it is recommended that you select broad ranges and minimize the traits selected. For example, If I wanted to reach all female patients under the age of 50, I would select “Female” under Gender and select “18” as the Min Age and “49” as the Max Age.

  1. Select and log into the Dashboard app
  2. Select “Blast”
  3. Select “Groups”

Here you may:

  • Add a New Group
  • Edit an Existing Group
  • Download a CSV File

Recommendations identify with those patient accounts that have been Recommended a specific Sheet of information in the Presentation Tab of the TouchMD Consult app. By selecting a specific Recommendation(s) under the Recommendation area while creating a group, your Blast will be sent to those patients who have been Recommended the specific Sheet you have selected.

Sheet Views:

While patients explore service and product Sheets found in the Presentation Tab/Services tab listed in your TouchMD, TouchMD tracks what Sheet has been viewed by a particular patient. By selecting a specific Sheet under the Sheet View area while creating a group, your Blast will be sent to those patients who have viewed the specific service/product Sheet(s) you have selected.
