Editing a Consent via TouchMD Dashboard

Please note, that Consents may not be currently available to your practice. To learn how you may enable Consents, please contact your Account Manager.

Who can edit/publish consents?

To review/edit/publish consents, log onto dashboard.touchmd.com, select “Legal”, and choose the desired consent. Note: to add and manage consents to TouchMD, the user will need the “Legal” access role. Can TouchMD Edit a Consent Form Me?

Due to the legal nature of these documents, we have a policy in place that does not allow us to edit forms in the Legal/Consent tab. This is to ensure that your documents are exactly as your legal team has prepared them for patients to review and sign.

  1. Go to dashboard.touchmd.com
  2. Enter your TouchMD username and password, select “Sign In”
  3. Select “Legal”
  4. Select the desired consent
  5. Make the desired changes within the consent template by either typing text, deleting text, or adding/using the Actions
  6. Once done with all of the edits, select “Save Changes”
