Article:
Use:
To describe a procedure or product, give instructions, or tell a story anywhere on your presentation sheets. The article begins with a image or video, and has the look and feel of a magazine article.
Suggested uses of this layout may include:
- Long doctor or staff bios
- Facility/office information
- A procedure, condition, or product video/picture with associated text
- Pre/post procedure information or instructions
- Facility or medical practice information
- Weblink to an online article, website, or YouTube video Procedure or product information
Gallery:
Use:
To display a collection of single images such as medical illustrations.
Grouped Gallery:
Use:
To display a collection of paired image sets such as before and after case studies. Ideally suited for gallery collections a lot of case studies that you want to keep in one section of the sheet.
Spotlight Gallery:
Use:
To highlight one important image, while bringing attention to the remaining images in the gallery. The live tile thumbnail format adds a stunning visual to the page. Can be placed anywhere on your presentation sheets.
Suggested uses of this layout may include:
- Staff picture gallery collections
- Product picture gallery collections
Block:
Use:
To display groups of similar images or videos anywhere on your presentation sheets. Usually contains additional topic content that does not need to be highlighted. Consider using the Spotlight or Poster layouts instead if you desire to bring attention to specific content.
Suggested uses of this layout may include:<
- Multiple testimonial videos
- Additional videos or images needed for the topic or consultation
- Illustrations or case studies outside of a gallery
- Product images and names
Detailed Block:
Use:
To display groups of similar images or videos with descriptive text anywhere on your presentation sheets. Usually contains additional topic content that does not need to be highlighted. Consider using the Spotlight or Poster layouts instead if you desire to bring attention to specific content.
Suggested uses of this layout may include:
- Multiple testimonial videos
- Additional videos or images needed for the topic or consultation
- Illustrations or case studies outside of a gallery
- Product images and short descriptions
Detailed Thumbnail:
Use:
To display groups of similar images or videos anywhere on your presentation sheets. Usually contains additional topic content that does not need to be highlighted. Consider using the Spotlight or Poster layouts instead if you desire to bring attention to specific content.

- Product images and short descriptions
- Staff lists with short bios
- Office locations
- Weblinks
- Additional videos or images needed for the topic or consultation
Poster (Landscape/Portrait):
Use:
To highlight a specific topic anywhere on your presentation sheets, but displays a larger landscape/portrait image or video poster image, with a title and description. This layout is good way to call attention to topic with a bigger visual impact, especially when using a video.
Suggested uses of this layout may include:
- A medical practice introduction or philosophy video
- A procedure, condition, or product video
- A YouTube video
- A single landscape illustration or case study
- A single portrait illustration or case study
Single Image Slider:
Use:
To “slide” through a collection of single images to show changes over a duration of time, or options available to the patient.
Billboard:
Use:
To highlight a specific image of any size or orientation anywhere on your presentation sheets. This layout is good way to call attention to a single image with the biggest visual impact and does NOT include a title and description. Desired text would need to be included in the image itself.
Suggested uses of this layout may include:
- A practice special or event advertisement
- Pre-made print marketing campaign materials
- An procedure illustration or case study
Document:
Use:
To display a collection of documents related to the topic such as pre and post procedure instructions. Patients can open, print, or download the documents
Embedded WebPage (Narrow & Wide):
Use:
To embed a HTML element like a widget or web page directly into presentation sheets. Narrow embedded pages are displayed at a width of 300 pixels. Wide embedded pages are displayed at a width of 785 pixels.
Suggested uses of this layout may include:
- To display a patient reviews widget (ie. Real Patient Ratings)
- To display a practice website page
