Learn how to record a TeleConsult. Please note that the ability record is a paid feature. Monthly service charges apply.
- Begin by accessing a patient account
- Select the Patient Tab
- Select “TeleConsult”
- Verify the patient’s info, check the box next to “Record Consult”, and tap “Start”
- As the teleconsult is conducted, the provider’s video feed or shared-screen along with the patient’s video feed will be recorded
- To stop recording and end the teleconsult, tap the “End” icon
The recording will begin processing and will populate in the patient’s Gallery once it is available. The recording will be labeled as “Video Consultation” and be automatically hidden from the patient’s view.
Showing/Sharing the TeleConsult Recording:
- Begin by accessing a patient account
- Select the Patient Tab
- Select “Gallery”
- Tap “Select”
- Select the recording
- Select “Visibility”
- Tap “Show”
