Video Chatting of Reach TeleConsult

iPad ONLY Feature

This feature is currently only available on an Apple iPad

Learn how about the video chatting aspect of Reach TeleConsult

    1. Begin by accessing a patient account
    2. Select the Patient Tab
    3. Select “TeleConsult”
    4. Verify the patient’s info and select “Start”
    5. Supply the patient with either a link via email/text or the Session ID to join the session
    6. Once the patient has joined, an alert will populate indicating that the patient has joined the session. Tap the “Waiting Room” icon to admit the patient
    7. The teleconsult will begin as a video chat
    8. Select the “Expand” icon to make the video feed view larger

Moving the Patient's Video Feed

If needed, Drag the patient’s video to either corner of the screen
