Viewing the Patient Summary via the TouchMD Consult Application

Learn how to view basic patient demographic information, patient activity, and third-party Integration information in the TouchMD Consult application. Please note that you may also resend the Welcome Email and edit the basic patient demographics.

  1. Begin by accessing a patient account
  2. Select Patient Badge
  3. Drag your finger from right to left & view the Summary information
I Am Unable to Find the Summary

If you are in the Patient Tab under another area (i.e., Gallery, Documents, Consents, Homework, Interests, Recommendations, or Notes) and you are unable to access the Summary, tap the title “Patient Tab” and then follow step 3 listed above.

Editing Patient Demographics:

  1. Begin by accessing a patient account
  2. Select Patient Badge
  3. Drag your finger from right to left & view the Summary information
  4. Select “Edit”
  5. Make the desired corrections and select “Save”

Resending the Welcome Email:

  1. Begin by accessing a patient account
  2. Select Patient Badge
  3. Drag your finger from right to left & view the Summary information
  4. Select “Send Welcome Email” A Welcome Email will send to the patient’s email inbox listed

Where may I resend the Welcome Email to a patient?

The Welcome Email may be resent via the TouchMD Dashboard. Select here to learn how.
