Canon© Connect support JPG file type ONLY. If you are receiving the follow error it is most likely due to the fact that your camera is set to RAW rather than JPG.

Please refer to your own camera’s advanced user guide for more information on Image Quality Settings and where to set them.

RAW: SHOULD NOT be set to RAW

JPG: SHOULD be set to JPG
