⚠️ Important: Continuous Shooting Mode and Canon Connect

When using Canon Connect in conjunction with TouchMD, we strongly recommend disabling continuous shooting mode on your camera.

Why?
Continuous shooting mode captures multiple images in rapid succession. When this mode is active, it may cause issues with image uploads to TouchMD, including:

  • Incomplete or failed uploads
  • Delays in image processing
  • Potential data loss

Recommended Action:
Before capturing images for upload to TouchMD, ensure that your camera is set to single-shot mode. This will help maintain a smooth and reliable upload process. Please review your camera’s user model for instructions.
